Velvet Render Co. was born from a desire to simplify skincare.

What started as a search for relief became something much more.

As a mother, I was trying to find something—anything—that would soothe my child’s eczema without causing more harm. So many products burned their skin, were filled with ingredients I couldn’t pronounce, or came with the risk of long-term steroid use and withdrawal. None of it felt right for an infant.

I needed something gentle. Something safe. Something I could trust.

That’s when I discovered tallow.

What began as a desperate attempt to care for my child quickly became a new standard in our home. We started nourishing our skin the same way we nourish our bodies—with ingredients that are bio-compatible, non-toxic, and truly effective.

Velvet Render Co. was born from that experience—created with intention, simplicity, and the belief that what we put on our skin should be just as pure as what we put in our bodies.
