Wow, I have tried other small-batch whipped tallow creams before, and these are by far the best. I really love the level one - very airy and it sinks right into my skin, as if it were a natural part of me. Instantly, my skin feels velvety smooth after application. I use this sometimes as my night time moisturizer and still, after 8 hours of sleep,I wake up and my skin still feels velvety smooth to the touch.

The product goes on smooth and is absorbed into the skin almost instantly, therefore, no greasy residue like ordinary lotions. My hands are always dry and with Velvet Render, in the morning, my hands still are soft and moisturized. It is gentle on my face also. I highly recommend this product.

I have personally tried all 4 levels during different seasons of the year.

I found that Level 1 was perfect during spring and summer for my face. Level 3 seemed to give me the best results for my body during summer and spring too.

Level 2 & 4 was great during fall and winter. I used level 2 on my face and level 4 on my body.
